JeraViz Labs is a product company. We build proprietary infrastructure that AI engineering teams use continuously, not custom software for hire.
Why this exists
Agents now call tools, read data, delegate to other agents and make decisions. When one misbehaves, the evidence is scattered across model-provider logs, application logs and tool-service logs, with no shared structure.
Teams are left unable to answer basic questions: what did the agent do, why, how long did it take, what did it cost, where did it fail, and is it getting worse? JeraViz gives every execution one structured, searchable record, and builds analytics, evaluation and governance on that record.
The first product is JeraViz Trace. It is in development.
How we work
The trace is the source of truth
Analytics, evaluation and governance are all views over one execution record, so they cannot disagree.
Never break the customer’s application
Instrumentation is asynchronous, bounded and fail-open. If JeraViz is unavailable, your agent keeps running.
Record, do not guess
We show what was captured. Estimated values, such as cost, say they are estimates.
Privacy is a setting, not an afterthought
You choose how much of each prompt and tool payload is stored, and for how long.
Honest about status
Anything not yet built is labelled Planned or Roadmap. This website never presents a plan as a product.
